Burnout is a real and deeply human experience that many face, often exacerbated by invisible impairments. My work focuses on the life, work, and capacity impacts of burnout through coaching, rather than the medical treatment of it.

- Regain clarity, confidence, and direction
- Navigate burnout in a grounded, judgment-free space
You do not need to be “fixed,” “resilient,” or “high energy” to receive support. You only need to be open to rebuilding at a pace that respects your reality.
